Home Inspection
The base home inspection price is $350 for home up to 1500sq ft. I use a thermal camara in my inspections which can help show some abnormalities in a home that are not readily visible with the naked eye. This is a great bonus that not all inspectors offer. I can also use a drone to inspect roofs where safety or accessibility are in question.

Aerial Drone Inspections
We can take photos and evaluate structures that are inaccessible. This may include a roof that is several stories off the ground or possibly a roof that has a steep pitch. We can also use the drone to look at other structures such as towers, light poles, trees, or any other items you may have that need a closer look in a safe manner.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging can be a great tool for locating different abnormalities in a structure. These include areas of air leakage, insulation deficiencies, water infiltration, and even some insects or animals. Finding these areas will help in the energy efficiency and comfort of the property. Thermal imaging is also great for finding problems in radiant heating used in floors, driveways, and any other portion of the property.

Aerial Photography and videography
Get a birds eye view of your property! What a great way to showcase one of your biggest investments. We not only can take pictures or video, we can also overlay approximate boundary lines or make a topographic image of the property. This can be very helpful in planning future additions to the property.
